MY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS: 2019!!
-Get in shape.
-Don't make permanent desitions over temporary situations.
-Meditate 10 minutes a day.
-Keep in touch with all my friends.
-See my family more often.
-Eat the healthiest I can, but not starving myself.
-Read as many books I can.
-Putting myself first, as much as I can.
-Offer help if needed.
-Do more activities outdoors.
-Spend time with people I love and that love me.
-Try to be as positive as I can.
-Undestand that I can't do everything I want, whenever I want to.
